MIDI Navigator 1.1

I uploaded an update to the MIDI Navigator. It’s now using the 3dconnexion driver instead of the raw HID commands, so it now responds to the settings in the driver panel instead of colliding with the driver.

New in this version are also controls for sensitivity, MIDI channel and the choice between BinOffset relative CCs and absolute CCs.
